Diversity Resources
Graduate Diversity Program
The Graduate Diversity Program staff assists in the recruitment,
admission, and graduate of students who enrich the diversity of the
graduate programs on campus. This unit administers the Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP) and provides students with a network of academic and social support.
Excellence & Diversity
The excellence we experience in our classrooms and labs is, in large part, tied to Berkeley’s diversity. A message on diversity from Associate Dean Carlos Fernandez-Pello.
Resources for Underrepresented Students
Underrepresented students will find academic and social support in the numerous student organizations on campus, including Graduate Students of African Descent, Graduate Students de la Raza, and the American Indian Graduate Student Association.
