Graduate Alumni & Friend Events

Meet the Graduate Dean

Soon after Andrew J. Szeri became Dean in July 2007, he began hosting the Meet the Graduate Dean events that have now spanned three continents and five states. These lively, sell-out events provide an opportunity for alumni and friends to meet each other and learn about some of the latest research trends at Berkeley. In addition to reconnecting with campus and networking with alumni, participants enjoy gourmet (often local and sustainable) food and wine in unique venues.
