Sir Fred Hoyle: Cosmologist and Astrophysics, St. John's College, University of Cambridge. In his lifetime, he has published papers of scientific interest in the fields of Astronomy and furthermore, has also published literature and occasional novels. Sir Fred Hoyle introduces his lecture by setting forth the speculation on the possibility of life being based on the property of nuclear matter but the base of the lecture is about the emergence of chemical life.

About Sir Fred Hoyle

Sir Fred Hoyle was an English astronomer noted primarily for his formulation of the ‘steady-state theory’ of the universe, and his contribution to the theory of stellar nucleosynthesis.
