Professor Rose is the Gordon Bradford Tweedy Professor Emeritus of Law and Organization and Professorial Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Her areas of research include property, land use, environmental law, natural resources law, and intellectual property law. Her publications include Perspectives on Property Law (3rd edition), with Robert Ellickson and Bruce Ackerman (2000); and Property and Persuasion: Essays on the History, Theory and Rhetoric of Ownership (1994).
